may i suggest: the crazy horse house

san francisco: maneuver your way to the corner of pacific and divisadero st where you find an enormous brick mansion with carousel horses in many of the windows. take a moment and imagine the kind of people who live there, then walk away quickly. very very quickly.

may i suggest: walking backward up a hill

navigate to your nearest ridiculously large hill. in san francisco, may i suggest the pacific heights / russian hill area. once at the bottom, begin to walk up the hill backwards for a different experience and a more spectacular view of your city. in the event a small dog comes running along behind you and you fall down because you're directionally off, don't say i didn't warn you.

may i suggest: a big robot

san francisco: go to the address at 2835 broadway and cross the street so you can see the house in front of you at full view. take notice of the giant robot  clinching his fists and staring down at you. he is very well endowed.

may i suggest: the private driveway

san francisco: late at night, navigate to the very windy private driveway at broadway and broderick. ignore the do not enter signs and run down the curves as fast as you can. it's not my fault if some crazy pit bull attacks you.

may i suggest: lyon * pacific

san francisco: go to the center of the intersection of lyon and pacific, and turn to face each direction. stunning views. don't get hit by a car.

may i suggest: financial health

san francisco: if you are ever feeling down about your current financial situation, do -not- go on a walkabout in pacific heights.

may i suggest: the lyon street stairs

san francisco: go to the top of lyon and broadway and start walking or running [if that's your sort of thing] down the stairs. there a lots of them. make sure you have a going back up plan.
